Shipping information
All products are drop-shipped by our manufacturer by individual orders. Shipping is available via UPS (United Parcel Service). Most orders are shipped within 5-7 days of order. Shipping to locations outside the United States may involve additional processing which may delay delivery. Specific details will be provided to those ordering from other countries.
Bethlehem College and Seminary Press Returns Policy
Customers may return products up to 30 days after receipt. Returns will incur a 15% restocking fee (minus shipping charges). Returns after 30 days will not be accepted. Pack items carefully so that they are not damaged in shipment. BCSPress will not issue credit for items that are damaged. UPS shipping is suggested.
When returning binders, please remove the lesson content and wrap it with plastic wrap. Packing the inside text separately from the binder avoids movement during shipment.
If return requires more than one box please mark boxes 1 of _, 2 of _, etc and include a copy of the original packing list in each package.
